As a Christian Bible researcher, I use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help me study the Bible more deeply.
These tools include advanced features that can find every Bible verse about a topic (pretty amazing) and search through hundreds of websites for useful information about that specific topic and the viewpoint I am trying to present.
Using AI speeds up my research and enables me to cover more topics. I find the Bible so exciting and this gives me a new way to explore. If you are familiar with using a Bible concordance than this new AI deep search method is like that but at another 100 levels higher.
To give you some insight into my passion. I do this almost everyday – all day. Anywhere from 10-16 hours a day. I want a resource that my kids can come to one day and find all the study done and available on one page.
My Main Focus: While I like to thoroughly explore a topic, my main goal is to connect the dots and find the patterns throughout the Bible especially connect statements in the Old Testament with The New Testament.
About Bias and Objectivity: Please note that my research is not completely neutral. I tell the AI exactly what to look for based on my beliefs and study goals. However, I do my best to include different viewpoints, historical information, and expert opinions to provide a fair and balanced report.
Why I Use the KJV Bible: I mainly use the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible because its language is consistent throughout both Testaments. This makes it easier for me to connect ideas and verses across the entire Bible. Although I sometimes refer to other Bible versions, the KJV is always my main focus.
Creating and Checking Content: Each research paper or report is carefully made, reviewed, edited, and formatted by me personally. Also, each AI-generated image included in my reports is individually created and chosen to clearly match the topic.
I am involved from start to finish for the entire process, one topic at a time, one page at a time, and one image at a time. It is a very thorough human process with the AI as my assistant.
I have been studying the Bible for over 40 years, give sermons, former Pastor, and so on. The thing is, I know the subject matter well, and carefully make sure the results are correct.
The main point is that every whitepaper I publish has the viewpoints that I agree with, but, I do leave statements within the content that I don’t align with just to offer balance.
Of course, as anyone will know the Bible is an amazing place to explore, I’m certainly not a know it all, and this process has helped me discover new angles, and new connections that I have noticed before.
How I and You Can Use These Reports: These AI-assisted research documents help me collect important information in one place. They make it easier to prepare sermons, teachings, or deeper studies.
Although these reports give me a good starting point, my final sermons and teachings include my personal thoughts, further research, and deeper reflection beyond what the AI initially provides.
Important Reminder: The goal of using AI in my Bible research is to improve the depth, accuracy, and speed of my studies. It is never meant to replace careful thought, prayerful study, or personal understanding.
