However, we apolgize if product you’ve purchased does not fulfill the requirements that you initially had in mind. You may or may not receive refund based on the particular product refund policy. If you money back refund is mentioned on the home page/sales page then you can request a refund.
Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:
If You do have an option to request a refund then before requesting make sure:
- You’ve purchased product in the last 30(or the number of days mentioned on sales page) days
- The product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional
- You’ve posted a support ticket but your problem was not resolved (see point above)
- You purchased your product on our site or from our partners.
- You are unable to download your product within 48 hours of purchase.
Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to reflect in your account if request is accepted.
